Millport is an island off the coast of Ayrshire. In October 9 pupils and 2 staff went there for a Healthy Living Residential Week. We spent the week walking, biking, playing sports and cooking for ourselves.
The whole week was spent without television, fizzy drinks, chocolate and crisps. It sounds terrible but it was really excellent and we all felt great at the end of it.
